Recorded Statements

When you are involved in an auto accident, the at-fault insurance carrier will ask if they can take a recorded statement.  Do you give one?  NO!!!  Unless there is a question of liability, there is no reason to ask for one.  If there is a question on liability or the insurance carrier is trying to imply there is one, all the more reason to contact us IMMEDIATELY.  This statement could jeopardize your case.  NEVER give a recorded statement unless an attorney is present.
