Deadly Pedestrian Accidents in Seattle
Many Washington state residents choose to travel on foot rather than in a motor vehicle. Walking is a great way to get around while improving your health and lessening your carbon footprint. Unfortunately, many drivers fail to look out for pedestrians and cause serious accidents. Thousands of pedestrians are killed annually in the United States, and pedestrians are nearly 1.5 times more likely to be killed in the event of a collision.
Family members are often left reeling after a loved one’s life is tragically cut short due to the negligence of another, and recovering can be a difficult battle for surviving family members who are left to pick up the pieces. It is only natural to want to grieve, and pursuing a lawsuit is usually the least of their concerns. However, a Washington wrongful death lawsuit can potentially help your family recover financial compensation resulting from your devastating loss.
