Pedestrian Accidents in Everett Washington

Many residents in Washington state choose to travel on foot. Unfortunately, pedestrians are at greater risk of being critically injured in the event of an accident. When the incident involves a semi-truck, the resulting injuries are almost assuredly to be more catastrophic. Statistics reveal that pedestrians are nearly 1.5 times more likely to be killed in a motor vehicle accident. In 2017, a pedestrian was killed every 88 minutes on average.

No matter if you live in a big city or a rural area, you are going to share the road with pedestrians from time to time, and drivers on Seattle roadways owe a duty to all roadway travelers, including pedestrians.
