Apartment Fires in Tacoma Washington
Victims of structure fires are at risk of suffering serious injuries due to burns and smoke inhalation. Firefighters nationwide are called to over 350,000 residential structure fires each year. An estimated 380 people were killed in apartment fires in 2019 alone. These incidents are particularly dangerous due to the fact that a fire can quickly spread throughout multiple units, affecting more people in the process.
Structure fire victims often find themselves struggling to learn their rights in time to protect themselves after an accident. Generally, most people do not have a complete understanding of state laws, insurance policies, or what procedures to follow after being injured in an apartment fire. Luckily, you do not have to pursue a personal injury claim on your own. An experienced Tacoma personal injury attorney can help you pursue a claim and recover compensation for damages, including medical expenses, lost income, and other losses.
