An auto accident can completely change your life in a matter of seconds, and vehicle collisions are a pervasive concern across the state of Washington. In Seattle, there were 12,338 car crashes reported in 2018, according to data from the Washington State Department of Transportation. Around one-third of those accidents resulted in possible injuries, and twenty roadway fatalities were reported in the city that year.
Car crash victims often find themselves struggling to learn their rights in time to protect themselves after an accident. Generally, most people do not have a complete understanding of state laws, insurance policies, or what procedures to follow after being injured in a crash. Luckily, you do not have to pursue a personal injury claim on your own. An experienced Seattle personal injury attorney can help you pursue a claim and recover compensation for damages, including medical expenses, lost income, and other losses.
