Lynnwood, WA (September 3, 2021) - On Tuesday, August 31, an Everett man was killed and six others injured following a two-vehicle accident in Lynnwood.
Initial reports indicated that the deadly incident took place that evening at around 10 p.m. Authorities revealed that a 58-year-old man was driving a Chevrolet Camaro on 204th Street NW at the time of impact. When he entered the intersection at 28th Avenue W., the Camaro reportedly t-boned a Mercedez-Benz.
The 58-year-old Camaro driver sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene. Two other adult passengers in the vehicle were taken to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle for treatment. The two adults and two children traveling in the Mercedez-Benz were rushed to Providence Regional Medical Center Everett for the treatment of sustained injuries.
The site was closed for several hours while emergency personnel were present. No further information has been provided.
An ongoing crash investigation is underway.
