Mukilteo, WA (March 12, 2021) - A vehicle collision in the town of Mukilteo on Thursday, March 11, left one driver seriously injured.
The accident occurred near the crossing of WA-526 and 40th Avenue at around 5 p.m. that evening. Local reports revealed that two vehicles collided at the intersection. When first responders, one vehicle was found on the roadway while the other was lying in the ditch.
The driver of one vehicle had to be extricated by emergency units. That driver was later taken to a hospital in serious condition. The other driver was uninjured and refused treatment.
An ongoing investigation into the accident is underway.
