Seattle, WA (July 19, 2021) - A vehicle collision involving an ambulance on Friday, July 16, in the Seattle area left two firefighters injured.
The incident reportedly occurred in the Belltown neighborhood at the intersection of 4th Avenue and Battery Street. The two victims were reportedly traveling in an ambulance when it collided with another vehicle at around 5 p.m. that night. The area was closed while emergency personnel were present at the scene.
The injured firefighters were rushed to Harborview Medical Center for the treatment of their injuries. At the time of the incident, there were reportedly no patients riding in the ambulance. No further injuries have been reported at this time.
