Washington Speeding-Related Crashes
The speed at which a driver is driving is crucial when an accident occurs. When a car goes faster than the speed limit and crashes, the result is nearly always more serious injuries. Speeding is one of the behaviors associated with a higher risk of a catastrophic automobile accident, and it is unquestionably one of the most common in Seattle. In the United States, tens of thousands of people are killed every year in high-speed crashes. Speeding drivers are responsible for tens of thousands of deaths each year, accounting for over a third of all road fatalities in the United States during the last two decades.
